Muzings ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us") at muzings.ai is a private memory tool. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What you give us

• Notes, reminders, voice snippets, and other content you capture in Muzings ("Your Content").
• Account information (email, sign-in provider) required to secure your account.
• Basic device and usage signals used to keep the Service reliable.

How AI processes Your Content

Muzings uses AI to help you capture and recall your own notes. Before Your Content is sent to any third-party AI model, personal identifiers — names, places, dates, and similar entities — are replaced with placeholders. The AI only ever sees the pseudonymized version. Real values are restored on Muzings' own servers, inside your answer, before returning it to you.

Your Content is never used to train third-party AI models.

What we don't do

• We don't sell Your Content.
• We don't share Your Content with advertisers.
• We don't read Your Content for anything other than delivering the Service to you.

Retention and deletion

Your Content is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, or delete your account to remove Your Content. Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion. Some records may be retained where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@muzings.ai.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but keeping Your Content private is the entire point of the product, and we design accordingly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notified in-product.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Muzings ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us") at muzings.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

Muzings provides an AI-powered private memory tool for capturing notes, reminders, and thoughts, and recalling them in plain language. The Service lets you:

• Capture notes, reminders, codes, lists, and voice snippets.
• Ask questions about your own captured content and get answers ("Recall").
• Browse everything you've captured in a searchable, tagged library.

User Accounts

Account creation

You must create an account to use Muzings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muzings. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

Your Content

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to Muzings, including notes, voice snippets, reminders, and any personal data you capture ("Your Content").

License to us

By submitting Your Content, you grant Muzings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you. Content sent to third-party AI providers is pseudonymized first (see Privacy Policy) and is not used to train third-party AI models.

Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of capturing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

AI-Generated Content

Muzings uses artificial intelligence to help you organize and recall your own notes. AI outputs are provided as-is and should be reviewed before you rely on them for anything important. You are responsible for the final use of any AI-generated answer, and we make no guarantees of accuracy.

Subscription and Payment

Free access

Muzings currently offers free access to core capture and recall features.

Paid plans

We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and provide clear pricing. Existing users will be given at least 30 days' notice of any material price changes.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Termination

• You may terminate by deleting your account through your account settings.
• We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muzings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muzings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
